New Delhi: Cristiano Ronaldo. The athlete. The player. The hot one! Just a break on how the body of an athlete can be so hot. His chiselled pecs (pectoral), abs (abdomen) and delts (deltoid) are testimony to the extra time spent in the weight room.


His body fat levels are ridiculously low, I would imagine around eight-nine per cent; he obviously watches what he eats. He is known to be a teetotaller; packs in the protein shakes and carbo loads before events. His standout part? Has to be his striated leg muscles built on a cornerstone of squats, lunges and dead lifts.
