The vision and story behind the founding of Deborah Bams Creations are deeply rooted in a passion for creativity, a commitment to excellence, and a profound faith in God. Founded in Western Nigeria, our brand emerged from my several visionary dreams. Drawing inspiration from my love for fashion and unwavering faith, I truly embarked on a journey to create a brand that would not only redefine the standards of craftsmanship but also celebrate the divine essence within each individual.

What sets Deborah Bams Creations apart is our unique blend of divine inspiration, meticulous craftsmanship, and unwavering commitment to excellence. With God as our guiding light, we infuse every creation with a sense of purpose and spiritual connection, creating garments that transcend mere fashion and become timeless expressions of love and beauty. Our attention to detail, innovative designs, and dedication to client satisfaction further distinguish us in the fashion industry, setting new standards of sophistication and grace.

 

3.    What significant challenges have you faced in growing and sustaining your brand, and how have you overcome them?

Deborah Band Creation started with pure passion to make outfits for friends and family, so we started from home. When the time came to have an office and let the world see our skill, it became challenging to leave the cozy comfort of home. However, our passion for fashion has brought us thus far. One other challenge we faced at Deborah Bams is the current  harsh economic environment which has made price tagging difficult.

At Deborah Bams we look out for clients satisfaction as we infuse our brand uniqueness into their desired outfit, this drives our pursuit into researching current trends and seeking divine inspirational sketches.

Deborah Bams Creations caters to diverse body types and sizes by offering custom-made garments tailored to individual measurements and preferences. We believe that every client deserves to feel confident and beautiful, regardless of their body type or size. Our skilled artisans work closely with clients to ensure a perfect fit and flattering silhouette, accommodating a wide range of sizes and shapes with our inclusive approach to design and tailoring.

 

6.    Can you discuss any collaborations or partnerships your brand has engaged in and their impact?

Most of our collaborations are with selected beauty houses and outstanding models. We were also fully represented at the just concluded Gele-craft festival in the ancient city of Ibadan. Furthermore, our proposed partnership with the NYSC Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development is at the corner.

At Deborah Bams Creations, we believe in striking a delicate balance between incorporating trends and maintaining a timeless appeal. Rather than chasing fleeting trends, we carefully select elements that complement our design philosophy and resonate with our clients’ preferences.

Deborah Bams Creations connects with its target audience through social media engagement, personalized communication, events and collaborations, online platforms, and email marketing to build strong connections and foster engagement with clients who share a passion for exquisite craftsmanship and timeless beauty.

 

12. How does your brand approach pricing to ensure both accessibility and quality?

At Deborah Bams, we work according to the clients budget yet  ensuring that our values and standards are not compromised. In our ready to wear section, you will definitely find an outfit to fit your budget. We scale our pricing according to final cost of production, however, we have a zero tolerance for material wastage

 

13. How do you see your brand evolving in the next 5-10 years?

In the next 5-10 years, Deborah Bams Creations envisions evolving into a globally recognized brand synonymous with bridal couture excellence and divine inspiration. We anticipate expanding our presence across Africa and beyond, while continuing to innovate and set new standards in craftsmanship and design. Our brand will strive to deepen our connection with clients, communities, and our faith, fostering meaningful relationships and making a positive impact on the world of fashion and beyond.

At Deborah Bams creation we roll with waves of embellishments, our designs are stylishly beaded and embellished.

We leverage digital platforms for communication and client interaction, as well as social media and e-commerce for broader reach and customer engagement. These technological advancements enable us to maintain high standards of quality while adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and the fashion industry. In the nearest future, Deborah Bams Creations will incorporate technological innovations such as advanced design software, digital printing, and laser cutting to enhance efficiency, precision, and creativity in operations and product development.

 

16. What are some defining moments in your brand’s history that have shaped its identity and trajectory?

 As earlier mentioned, transiting from an home based bussines to having an official business structure was a defining moment, having to get more staffs and training them to our standards was also a point of note. Our collaborations with a beauty and make over houses has brought more light to our brand.

 

17. Can you share any upcoming projects or endeavors your brand is particularly excited about?

We are currently working on a creative convertible design of a bridal gown that will fit for a wedding dress and an engagement dress. We have envisioned this project and we are highly excited to see its successful outcome.

Some long-term goals and aspirations Deborah Bams Creations is working toward include:

1.      Global Expansion: Expanding our brand presence beyond Nigeria to encompass West Africa, Africa, and eventually, the global market, sharing our unique vision and creations with a broader audience.

2.      Bridal Couture Excellence: Continuing to elevate the standards of bridal couture by infusing divine inspiration into every creation and setting new benchmarks for sophistication, elegance, and timeless beauty.

3.      Innovation and Creativity: Remaining at the forefront of innovation and creativity in the fashion industry by embracing technological advancements, exploring new techniques, and pushing the boundaries of traditional craftsmanship.
