Can you
share the inspiration behind your collection?
I haven't traveled much yet, so most
inspirations are gotten from watching the world from my phone, tv or laptop:
for the Urban Chic Collection; I was inspired by nature's green, it’s also a
period I stayed amongst military men & women. Off working hours, most of
men are dressed in cargo outfits; shirts, shorts and trousers
My style has always been an outfit that
reflects *strength *Modesty *Sophistication *Styled From the color, to the bold
pockets and Burgos fabrics I believe it has reflected Stèrmes proudly
Were
there any challenges or breakthrough moments during the creation of this
collection?
Answer: This is my first runway experience!!.i
would say I wasn't sure if this was the right time to show the brand to the
public. The challenge was I wasn't sure if I was ready, on the other side the
breakthrough was I was able to take the step regardless of how I felt about the
timing. I’m glad I did, because it can only get better
Answer: This collection is made for one single
purpose; to elevate the lifestyle of the urban chic. She would feel
comfortable, stylish, centric & strong
How do
you envision your latest collection fitting into the current fashion landscape?
Answer: The modular design and customizable
features cater to the desire for individual expression, allowing users to adapt
their cargo items to their unique style and needs. This collection aims to be a
statement in urban fashion, providing a balance between urban exploration and
everyday practicality.
